Terms & Conditions
Integration Tailor by Cronix (“Integration Tailor”, “we”, “us”) is a TEMU-first connector for Shopify sellers. These terms explain the conditions under which you (“Merchant”, “you”) can access our services, onboarding squad, and ongoing support. By connecting your Shopify or TEMU properties you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
Who can activate Integration Tailor
Integration Tailor is available to Shopify merchants that are authorized to manage the connected storefront and TEMU seller account. You must have all rights required to grant API access, maintain valid payment methods, and ensure any teammate who uses the platform accepts these terms.
2. Platform scope
What the service delivers
Integration Tailor automates catalog migration, attribute mapping, real-time inventory sync, pricing rules, error queues, dashboards, and TEMU to Shopify order back-sync. Custom workflows, third-party integrations, or engineering work beyond the standard product require a separate statement of work.
3. Merchant obligations
What we expect from every seller
Keep Shopify as your source of truth, provide accurate product content, pricing, and inventory, and comply with Shopify, TEMU, and applicable law. Protect authentication tokens, monitor your own business rules, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse or a security event.
4. Fees & billing
Launch offer & usage-based pricing
Unless otherwise stated in your order form, you receive three (3) months of platform fees at no cost, consistent with the home-page offer. After the promotional period, platform fees are invoiced monthly based on TEMU order volume. You are responsible for taxes, third-party costs, and any chargebacks. Late or unsuccessful payments may pause your access.
5. Support & service levels
Our commitment to you
Cronix provides 24x7 Slack and email coverage, onboarding specialists that launch your TEMU channel, and SLA-backed response times under 30 minutes for enterprise plans. Support is limited to the Integration Tailor platform and may require remote sessions or temporary access to diagnose issues.
6. Termination & liability
Ending the relationship
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ written notice or immediately for material breach, security risk, or unpaid invoices. The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee TEMU approvals or sales outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Contact contact@integrationtailor.co for questions about these terms.
