These terms describe the relationship between Integration Tailor by Cronix (“we”, “us”) and merchants using the Integration Tailor platform. By connecting your Shopify or TEMU accounts, you agree to the terms below.
1. Account & eligibility
Who can use Integration Tailor
You must be a Shopify merchant in good standing and authorized to manage the connected store and TEMU seller account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys.
2. Service scope
What the platform covers
Catalog migration, pricing rules, inventory sync, order back-sync, error monitoring, and dashboards. Any custom development or third-party integrations require a separate agreement.
3. Merchant obligations
What we expect from you
Provide accurate listings, pricing, and inventory data, maintain Shopify as the source of truth, and follow TEMU policies. Report issues promptly so our support team can assist.
4. Fees & billing
Usage-based pricing
Platform fees are billed monthly based on TEMU order volume. Late payments may pause service. Taxes and third-party charges are your responsibility.
5. Termination
Ending the service
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend access immediately for misuse, unpaid invoices, or security risk.
6. Liability
Limits & disclaimers
Integration Tailor is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
