Updated November 2025. This notice explains how Integration Tailor by Cronix (“Integration Tailor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when merchants launch and operate their TEMU channel through our Shopify connector, website, and support channels.
1. Data we collect
Shopify, TEMU & account data
When you authorize Integration Tailor we receive Shopify and TEMU store metadata, catalog content, pricing, inventory, orders, fulfillment updates, and configuration states. We also store user profile information, activity logs, diagnostics, and communications sent via Slack, email, or embedded schedulers.
2. How we use data
Operate, secure & improve the service
Data powers the core experience described on our home page: catalog migration, attribute mapping, real-time inventory and pricing sync, dashboard analytics, onboarding tasks, and TEMU to Shopify order back-sync. We also use data to send product updates, investigate bugs, train support teams, and improve resiliency.
3. Sharing & disclosure
Sub-processors & compliance
We do not sell customer data. Information is shared only with vetted sub-processors needed to deliver Integration Tailor - cloud hosting, observability, customer support, payment, and communication tools - and with authorities when legally required. Each sub-processor signs confidentiality, security, and data processing commitments aligned with applicable privacy laws.
4. Security
Safeguarding Shopify & TEMU data
We rely on OAuth or encrypted API keys, segregated environments, role-based access, SSO support, network controls, and 24x7 monitoring teams. Access is logged and least-privilege by default. You must promptly rotate credentials if you suspect compromise.
5. Retention & rights
Your control over data
Operational data is retained while your subscription is active so we can keep Shopify and TEMU in sync. You may export or request deletion at any time; we will remove customer records within 30 days unless the law or legitimate business needs (fraud prevention, accounting) require longer retention.
