Platform data
Store, catalog, order, inventory, and fulfillment data retrieved via Shopify and TEMU APIs; integration configuration and sync logs generated within Integration Tailor.

2. How we use data
Operate & improve the service
We sync listings, inventory, pricing, and orders between Shopify and TEMU, monitor error queues, power dashboards, and send operational updates. Aggregated analytics help improve performance and reliability.

3. Sharing & disclosure
When data leaves Integration Tailor
Data is shared only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (hosting, monitoring, analytics). We never sell customer data. Contracts include confidentiality, data processing, and breach notification terms.

4. Security
Safeguarding your data
OAuth connections, encrypted API credentials, RBAC, SSO support, region-specific hosting, and continuous monitoring keep your catalog and order data protected.
5. Retention & deletion
Your data, your control
Operational data is retained while your account remains active. Upon request we delete customer data within 30 days, except where legal obligations require retention.
